Our family has been at Vida Altona for 6 years. Our children love of Tennis has stemmed from a fun, though focused learning environment. The entire coaching staff are enthusiastic in what they do. Our family has been with Vida Tennis West (Altona) for 6 years, we have found Mark and his team to be professional, friendly and engaging. Along side excellent tuition in all facets of the tennis game, they have provided opportunities to make new friendships and foster a love of tennis for all generations. Mark is an exceptional coach who has a natural ability when communicating with children, and manages to teach them life lessons whilst providing a solid platform from which to build their tennis game. Lessons take place in a relaxed atmosphere where the Vida Coaching Staff are all approachable, knowledgeable and eager. Our children have always looked forward to their tennis lessons, and have benefited enormously from their involvement with Vida Tennis West. Firstly we love that it is all about the kids enjoying what they are doing and not about the parents. Because of this I asked the boys what they thought. They both said “everything” first and then Ben mentioned that he liked learning how to hit a ball properly and Sam said playing matches. David and I love the coaches professionalism and easy going nature and how well you all genuinely relate to the children on their level. We also like that it will hopefully take them to having a great sport to play as adults.

Vida Tennis West, in particular Head Coach, Mark Peel has transformed my game of tennis. I started playing in 2009, initially anticipating an improved game, but what I didn’t expect would be a profound partnership that has spanned more than 4 years; a total re-construction and re-think of how I approach tennis. In addition to my tennis development, Mark and his like-minded staff also coach my two sons. Vida’s innovative processes and Mark’s exceptional engagement qualities allow for both Adults and Children to thrive in an environment that grows confidence, is educational and highly enjoyable.
